Our client develops sustainable software solutions that help organisations operate faster, smarter, and at lower cost. They focus on process innovation and automated execution, and are actively building out their OutSystems capability. They are looking for a Senior OutSystems Consultant who thrives in a consultancy setting, combines strong engineering thinking with platform expertise, and wants to play a key role in shaping the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build complex end-to-end OutSystems applications, including integrations and high-performance user interfaces.
• Apply and evolve architectural standards and best practices across OutSystems modules, and help define technical direction.
• Contribute to practice development: shape delivery models, ways of working, and stay current with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
• Experiment with technologies such as AI and MCP servers to extend platform capabilities and accelerate processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients — proactively guiding them and challenging requests when they don't address the underlying problem.

Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years of experience with OutSystems, including relevant OutSystems certifications.
• Strong skills in CSS, SQL, and JavaScript; able to extend beyond the platform when needed.
• Experience working in agile, consultancy-style environments.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable in smaller organisations where you can influence direction.
• Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
