Our client is a digital studio creating behavior-driven, play-based learning experiences. They need a Senior Developer who owns the full build lifecycle — from architecture and prototyping through to launch — and thrives in a multidisciplinary team alongside designers and producers.

What You'll Do

• Own development end-to-end: technical design, prototyping, build, testing, and launch.

• Translate game mechanics and UX specs into clean, performant code.

• Lead architecture decisions early and maintain code quality as the team scales.

• Work across the stack when needed — APIs, CMS pipelines, integrations, deployments.

• Be the technical voice in team and client conversations.

Tech Stack

• C# — strong, production-level experience required

• Unity — preferred; game mechanics, simulation, or interactive media

• APIs — REST, GraphQL, or equivalent backend experience

• Web — HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript (working knowledge a plus)

• CMS — headless CMS (Contentful, Sanity, Strapi), CI/CD pipelines

• Cloud/DevOps — AWS, Azure, or GCP; Docker a plus

• Git — branching, PRs, code review culture

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience

• HBO/WO level (Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent in practice)

• Deep C# skills and a sharp eye for code quality

• Comfortable making and communicating technical decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Interested in behaviour change and learning through play

• A team player who picks up new tools quickly and works independently
